You can expect a six-course menu inspired by the richness of the Mediterranean diet, accompanied by five exquisite rosés, carefully selected from the Provence region. This dinner is a true celebration of the senses, filled with passion for cooking and presented with imagination and attention to detail. Prepare for an exciting journey through the world of flavors, based on local products and brought together with innovative culinary techniques. Let us tell you a little bit more about our guest Chef.

Our guest chef Alexander Gotsev has honed his craft at some of the world’s most prestigious establishments, including Palais Coburg under Silvio Nickol, Novelli with Konstantin Filippou, and the renowned Hotel Sacher in Vienna.

In 2016, he founded the Institute for Research in Taste Sensory, known as Alchemy of Taste, and in 2017, he launched ESSENZ, pioneering the first sensory dining experience of its kind. His innovative spirit led to the creation of the world’s first garlic-flavored egg (Gegg), showcasing his unique blend of creativity and culinary science.

In recent years, he has turned his expertise towards food technology, contributing to the development of various brands in the food industry. His latest project has earned prestigious accolades, including the “Debut” award from Bacchus and the “Best Restaurant” award from Go Guide, voted by his peers.
