Spanning three floors, our stylish conference and meeting venues offer everything guests could require, including state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and complimentary Internet access.

For larger conferences or banquets, choose our luxurious ballroom with a separate foyer or our 400-sq m salon with convenient access to our hotel lobby. Should you desire more private and intimate spaces, the hotel has eight meeting rooms measuring between 55 and 100 sq m that are ideal for business meetings, presentations, receptions or breakout space.

Capitol Meeting Room

Located on the first floor with easy access to the hotel reception, the Capitol meeting room measures 400 sq m and offers the opportunity for set-ups to be customised to your event needs. This meeting room comes with a private balcony and washrooms and can host up to 280 people. The unique design and state-of-the-art technology create the perfect tone to complement your event.

Siam Meeting Room

One of our intimate event spaces, the Siam Meeting Room offers six set-up choices within its 65-sq m premises. It is ideal for events or meetings that require up to 50 guests. Conveniently located on the ground floor next to the Adlon Ballroom, this can also serve as a breakout room or a VIP holding room.

Palm Jumeirah Meeting Room

Offering comfort and an intimate setting, our Palm Jumeirah Meeting Room completes the trilogy of small meeting or event venues located next to the Adlon Ballroom on the ground floor. Measuring 65 sq m, the space provides elegant yet comfortable seating for 50 guests, whether for a meeting or a private event. Stafford Meeting Room

With the flexibility to offer five seating arrangements within 100 sq m, our Stafford Meeting Room provides the perfect seating for up to 60 guests. The Stafford Meeting Room is located on Floor 2 of our meeting and banquet space, fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment for a successful event in Accra. Its cosy foyer is ideal for welcome cocktails or coffee breaks.

Çırağan Palace Boardroom

The Ciragan Palace Boardroom is suitable for boardroom-style meetings, accommodating up to 18 participants. Located opposite the Emirates Palace Boardroom on the second floor, this 55-sq m executive location is ideal for brainstorming and strategy meeting sessions with business clients and is equipped with smart digital screens and cutting-edge technology. Both meeting rooms are partitioned by clear glass and provide access to a foyer where coffee breaks can be served.

Emirates Palace Boardroom

Located on the second floor, this luxurious boardroom-style meeting room is equipped with a large HD screen monitor for wireless presentations in a highly secure Wi-Fi network and is ideal for strategy meetings or focus group sessions. Measuring 55 sq m, the Emirates Palace Boardroom is the perfect location for small meetings in Accra.

Pearl Meeting Room

Located on Floor 6 in the Executive Lounge, our hotel has two exclusive boardrooms that are accessible to guests staying on the executive floors. These boardrooms offer 25 sq m of meeting space and can accommodate up to eight participants. Hotel guests with access to our Executive Lounge can enjoy complimentary access to our Executive Lounge Meeting Room during their stay for up to 2 hours per day.
