Located on the ground floor, the Adlon Ballroom comprises three modular spaces that can be used independently or combined to provide the perfect event in Accra. Offering a choice of five seating arrangements, this truly versatile ballroom with high ceilings and crystal chandeliers covers 1,028 sq m of banquet space that can be customised to your liking. Whether you are seeking to launch a new product, host delegates at an international conference or celebrate milestones with elegant celebrations, our Adlon Ballroom can comfortably accommodate 1,000 guests and is well-equipped to ensure the success of your event, whatever the occasion.
Our Foyer can comfortably host 500 people for receptions and offers ample space for exhibitions, coffee breaks or those grand red carpet moments. A separate entrance gives your guests exclusive entry into our grand ballroom, as well as easy access to our meeting rooms.
Adlon Ballroom 1
With the capacity to seat up to 300 guests, Adlon Ballroom 1 measures 290 sq m and includes an in-built 88-sq m stage. This event venue is conveniently located on the ground floor with wheelchair accessibility and is fully furnished with modern audio-visual equipment and high-speed Internet to facilitate the smooth execution of your event in Accra.

Adlon Ballroom 2
Offering flexible design options, Adlon Ballroom 2 has a floor area of 360 sq m that can host up to 300 guests in theatre seating. This ballroom lies between Adlon Ballroom 1 and 3 and can be expanded to accommodate more guests, offering flexibility for your events with a choice of five seating arrangements. Gather round for cocktails in this elegant room, set up for breakouts or focused discussions during delegate conferences or enjoy evening banquets with dazzling light from our beautiful crystal chandeliers.

Adlon Ballroom 3
Adlon Ballroom 3 can be combined with the connected modular spaces or used independently for meetings and events. With room for up to 350 people, this exquisite space measuring 280 sq m is located on the ground floor of our conference and event centre with easy access to the Adlon Forecourt and adjoining meeting rooms. The additional amenities offered with this event venue include ultra-modern audio-visual equipment, high-speed Internet and a movable projection stand.
