Locally sourced fish, and herbs from the hotel herb garden combined with a dish which is well-known around the world, that is the Alpine style fish & chips. Created by head chef Karl Schmid, this plate represents his culinary philosophy like no other. Using local, organically sourced produce and creating all-time favourites for young and old.
