Munich, October 12, 2024 – The Schwarzreiter Restaurant at the Grand Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is elevating brunch to a new level. Starting on October 19, the Schwarzreiter Gourmet Brunch will launch, combining fine dining with champagne, caviar, and oysters. Led by Head Chef Franz-Josef Unterlechner, guests will be treated to an exclusive four-course menu every Saturday.
The menu showcases creative dishes such as the “Breakfast Egg Royal” – a warm egg yolk with brown butter, croutons, and Imperial caviar – and the “Potato Croissant” with veal tartare, smoked crème fraîche, and chives. Other highlights include lake trout with horseradish, apple, and caviar, as well as a poached Gillardeau oyster with beetroot, ginger, and kombu seaweed. For the main course, guests can savor tender venison loin with porcini mushrooms, elderberries, and pepper jus, followed by a sweet finale of chocolate tart with salted caramel and rum cream.
In addition to the exclusive menu, unlimited servings of Ayala champagne complete the brunch experience.
“We are delighted to offer our guests not only fine dining in the evening but also an exceptional brunch concept at midday,” explains Head Chef Franz-Josef Unterlechner. “Whether with friends, family, or for a special occasion – the Schwarzreiter Gourmet Brunch is the perfect opportunity to indulge in exquisite cuisine and the finest flavors.”
“Our Fine Dining Brunch concept is designed to captivate Munich’s gourmets, providing them the opportunity to enjoy our culinary offerings during the day,” says Holger Schroth, Area General Manager of the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich. “This concept combines luxurious fine dining with a convivial atmosphere, perfectly aligned with our hotel and our guests.”
The Schwarzreiter Gourmet Brunch is priced at 148 euros per person and includes a four-course menu, petit fours, freshly pressed juices, coffee, tea, and unlimited champagne. The brunch will take place every Saturday from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., starting on October 19, 2024.
