Pools

Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol offers an indoor pool with illumination & massage jets, a 20 metre heated outdoor sport pool with amazing views of the mountains and an outdoor sole pool with floating couches. The sport and indoor pool are heated to 30°C. The outdoor brine pool's water temperature is 34°C and invites you to relax and linger. All pools are 1.20 metres in depth.

Saunas

Restore your body, mind and soul in the various saunas to suit your preference. Try out the two outdoor ones, our Bio sauna, Finnish sauna or the 90ºC lava sauna. Do you prefer getting used to the heat of a sauna more slowly? Then it is best to start with the Hildegard von Bingen steam bath. Our saunas include the following:

Fitness Centre

Our state-of-the-art fitness facility offers guests a wide variety of equipment and amenities from TechnoGym. The gym is equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, dumbbells and seated chest presses. 

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking to stay active while on vacation, the gym at Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol has everything you need to reach your fitness goals.

The fitness centre is open daily 24 hours.
 

Minimum Age

Please note that a minimum age of 16 years is required for the use of the facilities (sauna, fitness studio, and wellness area) as well as for treatments. We would like to point out that guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult supervisor and are allowed to use the pool from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After this time, the entire spa area is exclusively reserved for adults.
