Budapest, 21 September 2026 — 2026 is a year of renewal at ÉS Bisztró, and Sundays are no exception. Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest is proud to announce that starting 20 September, ÉS Brunch will be served every Sunday from 11:30 to 16:00, bringing together classic brunch dishes, the restaurant’s signature specialities and the relaxed atmosphere of an unhurried Sunday lunch in perfect harmony.

The new Sunday Brunch centres around a specially curated à la carte menu – a concept that is growing in popularity worldwide. At its heart is the freedom to enjoy a favourite egg dish, a glass of champagne, a few oysters or even a full Sunday roast, all at the same table.

Sunday Brunch at ÉS offers a vibrant yet leisurely setting for a Sunday gathering. Whether it is a family lunch, a long brunch with friends or a spontaneous Sunday plan, classic brunch favourites meet the signature character of ÉS, complemented by a live DJ setting the mood throughout the afternoon. From Eggs Benedict and Beef Wellington to the iconic Tafelspitz, every dish is designed to make Sunday the highlight of the week.

A dedicated drinks menu has also been created for the new brunch. Alongside Bellinis, Bloody Marys, martinis and champagne, guests can choose from two-hour free-flow beverage packages, complemented by soft drinks and mocktails.

The aim of the ÉS Sunday Brunch is to be more than just a late breakfast – it is designed as a true Sunday experience. Whether for a quick brunch, an extended family lunch, a gathering with friends or an afternoon where no one keeps track of time, ÉS offers the perfect setting to savour the day at a leisurely pace.

The brunch will be available every Sunday throughout the autumn-winter season, from 11:30 to 16:00, beginning 20 September 2026. Guests can also enjoy complimentary use of the underground garage during brunch hours.
