Spa Etiquette

The spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guests. We kindly request that you refrain from using mobile phones, laptops, cameras and other electronic devices while enjoying the Spa. No photographs, videos or other social media recordings are allowed inside our spa facilities. It is recommended that you leave all valuables in the safe in your guest room. The spa does not assume liability for any valuables. 

Attire: We would require you during your Spa visit to attire comfortably, wearing robes and slippers. Disposable undergarments will be provided for the treatments.

Health Concerns:  Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries immediately.

Spa Experience:  To make the most of your spa experience and support the benefits of your treatment, we recommend you arrive an hour before your scheduled visit so you can experience our Wellness area, which will maximise the benefit of your treatment. For your convenience, the spa will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all other amenities required for use during your visit. During all experiences, you will be properly draped for privacy.

Reservations:  Booking in advance is highly recommended to ensure preferred times are available. The spa provides walk-in bookings when availability permits. You should plan to arrive an hour before your scheduled visit so you can experience our Wellness area, which will maximise the benefit of your treatment. To make a booking, please call the spa reception from your guest room by pressing the spa button.

Pregnancy:  Please allow us to assist you in selecting suitable services for this special time. We recommend that you check with your doctor first.

Gift Certificates:  Our gift certificates make a wonderful gift for any special occasion. Please inquire with our spa reception for details and how to make a purchase.

Minimum Age:  The minimum age is 16 for treatments and to use the facilities (sauna, steam room, gym etc.). Guests under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult and may use the pool from 9:00-18:00. 

Lateness & Cancellation Policy:  Please be aware that your late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time as a courtesy to our next guest. With less than twenty-four hours' notice or in case of no show without cancellation you will be charged the full price of your treatment.

Liability
The use of the entire wellness area (sauna, steam room, pool, etc.) is at your own risk.  Guests are obliged to wear inhouse slippers, provided by the hotel in the wellness area.  The Hotel cannot be held responsible for any damage or accidents resulting from improper use. In the event of an accident, the guest must immediately report it to the Spa Reception, where first aid equipment is available. 

Fitness:  All equipment in the fitness room may be used at your own risk. The hotel will not assume liability for damages or injuries caused by inappropriate use of equipment. A First-Aid kit is available at the Spa reception. For the fitness room we require you to wear trainers and appropriate sports outfit. 

Refusal of admission:  Persons under the influence of alcohol or other substances may not be admitted. No pets allowed.
