Spa Etiquette

Your spa experience is your time and we will do our best to ensure you enjoy it to the fullest. We encourage you to openly communicate your treatment expectations with your therapist, this will allow them to tailor your experience.

At the time of booking, please provide the following information:
• Allergies or medical conditions, including pregnancy.
• Gender preference for your service provider.

For your privacy and comfort, we suggest the use of bathing suit in the hydrotherapy areas.

SERVICE CHARGE
Prices do not include service charge. Additional gratuities may be offered at your discretion. Prices include taxes and are subject to change without notice.

MINIMUM AGE
All guests under the age of 16 must be under supervision of their parents or guardians at all times.

USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES
To protect privacy and preserve the relaxation experience, the use of cell phones, electronic devices and cameras is not permitted in the spa. We suggest keeping them in your room’s safe-deposit box. We are not responsible for any items or valuables brought into the spa or left in your locker.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Food or beverages from outside the spa are not allowed, especially alcoholic beverages. For your comfort, please avoid meals before your spa experience. The service will not be provided to any guest under the influence of alcohol.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment start time. Please keep in mind that arriving late will reduce the time of your treatment, which could affect your efficiency and relaxation. All treatments will end on time so as not to affect the next scheduled appointment and the treatment will be charged fully.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept all credit cards, cash in pesos and room charge. Please note that you must provide valid credit card information or a room number at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa by 5 pm the day before your appointment to avoid charging the full cost of the scheduled service. Any appointment rescheduled within the first twenty-four (24) hours will incur a 15% change fee.
