Your culinary journey begins with warm mini blinis topped with Osetra caviar, followed by an exquisite exploration of regional flavours:

  • First Course (Spain): Seared sea scallops accompanied by a delicate pea purée, crispy leeks, and a vanilla-infused Arbequina oil with saffron emulsion.
  • Second Course (Italy): Raspberry ravioli stuffed with sweet pear, pecorino, and mascarpone, enhanced by sage brown butter and black truffle shavings.
  • Third Course (Greece): Pan-seared sea bass paired with fennel, carrots, dehydrated Kalamata olives, and a traditional avgolemono sauce.
