Join us at the Baltschug Grill Restaurant on 7, 14, 21 and 28 December from 12:30 to 16:30. From the moment you arrive, be immersed in the seasonal spirit as the hotel unveils its festive décor. Admire a gingerbread replica of the historic hotel in the lobby, and explore the Christmas market, offering stollen, chocolates and traditional gingerbread delights.

The New Year season begins with our signature Sunday family brunches. Executive Chef Andrey Kagokin has curated an exclusive festive menu presenting over 100 refined selections. The extensive buffet features fresh oysters, mussels marinated in white wine, tiger prawns, sushi and sashimi, assorted tartares of salmon, tuna and beef, cold starters, salads and premium cured meats and cheeses. Warm dishes include pumpkin cream soup and ‘Tsarskaya’ ukha, salmon coulibiac, prime ribeye grilled with rosemary, duck fillet with cranberry sauce and herb-crusted lamb rack. Signature highlights from Russian and European cuisines await, including blini with red caviar, mushrooms and pickles, pirozhki, Olivier salad, beef stroganoff, vareniki, handmade pizza with gourmet toppings and a selection of freshly prepared pasta.

A sumptuous dessert station offers over 20 varieties, including apple strudel, the classic Bûche de Noël, an array of fruits, ice cream, sorbets and a flowing chocolate fountain.

Live music enhances the festive ambiance, while guests can enjoy unlimited French champagne, premium spirits and a curated selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
