The brunch at Hotel Baltschug promises to be the ultimate weekend gastronomic experience: A lavish buffet curated by the hotel’s Chef Andrey Kagokin at the Baltschug Grill restaurant, complete with unlimited premium drinks, live music and entertainment for children.

Join us on 5 May from 12:30pm to 16:30pm at the Baltschug Grill restaurant for a festive Easter brunch.

Chef Andrey Kagokin has curated a menu featuring more than a hundred buffet dishes. The seafood bar will tantalise your taste buds with offerings such as oysters, tiger prawns, mussels marinated in white wine, hot-smoked salmon and sturgeon, sushi and rolls. The tartare station boasts beef, salmon and tuna fillet tartare. Cold appetisers include sea bass ceviche, duck liver terrine, octopus with orange emulsion, beef carpaccio, Uzbek tomatoes with mozzarella, salads, fresh vegetables, meat cuts and assorted cheeses. Indulge in signature Russian cuisine like the Baltschug Olivier salad, pancakes with red caviar, mushrooms and pickles, pirozhki, beef stroganoff and vareniki. Our homemade pizza with various toppings is freshly baked in the oven. Soups feature Tsar’s fish soup
with salmon and a delicate pumpkin cream soup. At the carving station, you will find premium ribeye with rosemary sauce and kulebyaka with salmon with champagne sauce. The hot dishes selection includes pasta with a choice of fillings, rack of lamb with herbs, sea trout fillet, beef fillet medallions in red wine sauce, duck fillet with cranberry sauce and seafood curry with a variety of side dishes. For dessert, choose from two dozen hot and cold options, including chocolate and lavender Pascha, berry panna cotta, tiramisu, lemon tart with meringue, berry eclairs, assorted ice creams and sorbets and a chocolate fountain. Complement your meal with an assortment of freshly squeezed juices and sliced fresh fruit.
