From 15 to 30 October 2025, Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow will proudly take part in the city’s premier autumn gastronomic celebration – the Russian Restaurant Festival.

This year’s festival highlights the best of local produce and Russian wines, inviting guests to savour the diversity and richness of national cuisine. ‘It is a great honour for us to participate in this remarkable culinary event,’ says Chef Andrei Kagokin. ‘We have crafted a menu that pays homage to our gastronomic heritage while showcasing the sophistication and modernity of contemporary Russian cuisine.’ The gastronomic set by Chef Andrei Kagokin offers a nostalgic yet refined journey through beloved childhood flavours, reinterpreting classic dishes with elegance.

Baltschug Olivier Salad – a signature reinterpretation of the iconic salad, prepared with beef tongue, crayfish tails and red caviar.

Hot Appetiser: Vareniki with Suluguni Cheese and Morels – delicate dumplings filled with Suluguni cheese, complemented by morels and velouté sauce, elevating a familiar favourite into a refined delicacy.

Pasta ‘Alaska’ with Far Eastern Shrimp and Red Caviar – tagliatelle in a creamy sauce with succulent shrimp and a generous serving of red caviar.

Dessert ‘Snowballs’ – an elegant finale, where tart cranberries contrast beautifully with delicate powdered sugar.

The set menu is priced at RUB 4,190.
