Enjoy the magical festive atmosphere at Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow from the very entrance. For the upcoming New Year’s celebrations, the interiors have been transformed with Christmas decorations, and in the lobby, you can admire a gingerbread house in the form of the hotel building and buy stolen and gingerbread at the Christmas market.
A series of Sunday family brunches will traditionally open the New Year’s celebration. The hotel's Chef, Andrey Kagokin, has prepared a special festive menu. The luxurious buffet includes more than 100 dishes: the freshest oysters, mussels marinated in white wine, tiger prawns and other seafood; sashimi and tuna and salmon rolls; tartare of salmon, tuna and beef; cold appetisers; salads; cut meats and assorted cheeses; pumpkin cream and royal fish soup; kulebyaka with salmon and premium ribeye with rosemary; duck fillet with cranberry sauce and rack of lamb with herbs; the grilled dishes; hits of Russian and European cuisines: pancakes with red caviar, mushrooms and pickles; pirozhki; Olivier salad; beef stroganoff and dumplings; homemade pizza from the oven with different toppings; and several types of pastas. Brunch guests can enjoy two dozen cold and hot desserts, including apple strudel and a Christmas log, assorted fruits, ice cream and sorbet, and a chocolate fountain.
Live music will create a festive New Year's atmosphere. French Champagne and other
premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be served without restrictions.

The brunch price depends on your choice of drinks: RUB 9,900 per person includes Prosecco, wine and beer, or non-alcoholic beverages: sparkling wine, red or white wine and beer; RUB 16,500 per person includes French Champagne and other premium alcoholic drinks; RUB 7,900 per person for teenagers 12 to 15 years old; RUB 3,500 for children 4 to11 years old; free of charge for children up to 3 years old, inclusive.
