Charity Concert at the Baltschug Raises Over Half a Million Rubles for ‘House with Lighthouse’

Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow - Hot news

On 10 July, Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow hosted a highly successful charity concert featuring the world-renowned Virtuosi of Moscow orchestra. The event was held in support of the ‘House with Lighthouse’ Children’s Hospice.

This enchanting evening of classical music brought together philanthropists and art connoisseurs for a memorable cultural experience. The programme featured masterpieces by composers across the centuries, from Handel and Vivaldi of the 18th century to Holst and Warlock of the 20th century, alongside a composition by the young and talented Elmir Nizamov.

The orchestra performed under the baton of British maestro Jeremy Walker, a distinguished graduate of the Royal College of Music in London and the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory. Renowned for his charismatic, passionate and expressive conducting style, Maestro Walker captivated the audience, creating a powerful energy and an emotional dialogue that resonated throughout the hall.

The orchestra’s artistic director is the celebrated Vladimir Spivakov. A long-standing supporter of the Children’s Hospice, Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow once again generously provided its prestigious venue for this noble cause. The company ‘Sinсhrotel’ served as the event’s technical partner.

Thanks to the generosity of our guests, all proceeds from ticket sales, amounting to RUB 567,838, have been allocated to support the beneficiaries of ‘House with Lighthouse’. The organisers extend their heartfelt gratitude to the Virtuosi of Moscow orchestra, Maestro Jeremy Walker, our partners and all the guests whose participation and support made this event a success. Together, we are making a meaningful difference.
