Reservations

Advanced booking for massages and beauty treatments at the Beauty Center Baltschug is highly recommended to ensure preferred times are available, particularly if you choose to enjoy multiple bookings during your stay. Beauty Center provides walk-in bookings based on availability. To make a treatment reservation from your guest room, please dial 2 to call the concierge.

Minimum Age

Please note, that children under 16 years should be supervised by adults when visiting the hotel’s Fitness Centre & Pool.

Our gift certificates make a wonderful gift for any special occasion.

Lateness & Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that your late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time as a courtesy to our next guest. We kindly ask our guests to give a minimum of three hours notice for cancellations.
