The chefs at Baltazár only use honest and natural Spanish products and apply various local and international cooking techniques to give each dish that unique Baltazár taste.
Apart from Spanish classics, highlights of the menu are most definitely the grilled meats, including ribeye steak and fresh fish, such as tuna prepared on one of the four different grills we use. Baltazár Bar & Grill’s signature dish is the local catch Grilled Octopus, prepared in Josper Grill.
