Five Fabulous Things to Do at Kempinski Hotel Bahía This June

Estepona, 24 May, Summer is well and truly under way in Andalucía and as Kempinski Hotel Bahía moves towards the summer season, there are a few interesting events going on around the hotel. Firstly, June celebrates two amazing World Days, the first on 10 June World Gin & Tonic Day and the second World Tapas day on 15 June.

On 10 June, we are hosting a gin & tonic tasting class at Black Rose The Bar with our sommelier and cocktail expert, Pascual, will host a gin & tonic-making class for both guests and non-guests at the hotel, explaining the different techniques and giving you inside information on how to create the most perfect gin & tonic.

International Tapas Day falls on 15 June and we are celebrating in style! Our dedicated tapas restaurant, La Cocina de mi Abuela, will be open and serving a sumptuous range of tapas from our tapas menu. There is live Music every Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Put some sparkle into your weekend afternoons with our live music sessions at Spiler Beach Club. Book a sun bed, then have a lazy lunch set to a backdrop against the Mediterranean whilst listening to some great music from 13:30 to 16:30.

Why not try your hand at art? Our resident artist this June is Isabel Martin and she just happens to also be an art teacher. Full of energy and positivity, Isabel has many years of experience teaching both individuals and groups and even uses art as therapy.

Ever dreamed of taking off for a spin in a vintage sidecar? Well now you can! La Familia Side Car is an Estepona-based company who will drive up to the front of the hotel and take you on the most fantastic tours of Puerto Banus, Marbella and even Ronda if you wish.

So, there you go – five fantastic things to do at Kempinski Hotel Bahía this June.
