LOCATION
Kempinski Hotel Bahía is located between the charming fishing village of Estepona and the luxury and upbeat town of Marbella, only 50 min. away from Malaga and its airport. The hotel is located within two hours of most Andalusian cities, like Seville, Granada or Cordoba, and is just a short ferry ride away from Tangier, Morocco.
Madrid, the capital of Spain, with a population of 4 million people, is situated 613 km away from Marbella-Estepona, only 2.5 hours away by train.
CLIMATE
Marbella-Estepona claims to have the best weather in Europe, with more than 320 sunny days per year, and it has a Mediterranean climate with soft variations in temperature.
Summer days normally start in late April, with the hottest temperatures – around 32°C (90°F) – reached in July and August. Winters are mild, with an average temperature between 10ºC (50°F) and 19ºC (66.2°F). Spring is considered the beginning of summer, and autumn the end, since both are very pleasant.

Opening hours below are a general guide, and there may be variations: Weekdays: from 9:00–10:00 to 21:00–22:00. Saturdays: from 9:00-10:00 to 14:00–22:00. Sundays and on public holidays: most of them closed; some shops are open during the summer.

DRESS CODE AND DINING ETIQUETTE
To help you travel how you want, we have set a simple dress code according to the hotel’s dining and entertainment options.
During the day, starting in the morning at breakfast and until 18:00 in the evening, you can make yourself comfortable in resort wear (beach wear, sportswear or even your swimwear) whilst dining around the resort. We would appreciate it if you would always wear a top (T-shirt, polo shirt, etc.) when seated in the restaurants.
In the evening, we ask for a change to “Resort Evening Wear”/“Elegant Casual” or “Formal Resort Attire” to enhance the overall resort atmosphere.
