Rysy is undoubtedly one of the most famous and frequented peaks in the High Tatras. With an elevation of 2503 meters above sea level and its prominent location, it's an unmissable peak that attracts tourists from afar. Rysy "crosses" the Slovak-Polish border, and its northwest peak is the highest point in Poland. The mountain has three peaks: the middle (main) peak, the northwest peak, and the southeast peak. The ascent to Rysy is arguably the most popular hike in the High Tatras. This relatively challenging climb rewards hikers with stunning views from the summit.
