Spa Etiquette

To fully immerse yourself in the unparalleled wellness offerings at The Spa, we recommend familiarising yourself with our detailed spa amenities and services.

SPA ETIQUETTE

Our Alpine Spa in St. Moritz is a sanctuary of tranquillity and relaxation. Therefore, we kindly ask guests to maintain a low tone of voice and refrain from using mobile phones and cameras to respect the privacy of others. We provide robes, towels, slippers and disposable underwear for your convenience. Please note that we are a smoke-free environment and recommend storing valuables in your guest room safe, as we cannot assume liability for them.

Arrival
To fully benefit from your luxury spa treatment in St. Moritz, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. To further enhance your wellness journey, you're invited to utilise our spa facilities 45 minutes before your treatment.

Reservations
Advance booking is highly recommended, especially for guests seeking multiple spa treatments during their stay. Walk-in bookings are subject to availability. To reserve from your guest room, please call the spa reception at #3090 or #3091.

Health, Allergies & Pregnancy
Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or other medical conditions, as well as expectant mothers, should consult a doctor before booking any spa treatments. Please inform our spa receptionists of any existing medical conditions or allergies.

Minimum Age
Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum age for spa treatments is 16 unless accompanied by an adult. Access to the fitness centre is restricted to those 14 and older, while our sauna and steam facilities welcome guests aged 12 and up. Pool hours for children aged 3 to 12 are from 9:00am to 19:00pm.

Delay & Cancellation Policy
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other guests. We require a minimum of 12 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid being charged the full amount for your booked treatment(s).
