Influenced by the best of Italian and North African cuisine, the Gozitan gastronomy will surprise you with its extended variety of flavours. One of the traditional Gozitan delicacies is ‘Fenek Intektet’, the local rabbit braised on the bone with garlic, olives and rosemary.
