From 11 November 2018 onwards, until 23 December 2018, chef Oliver Heberlein and his team serve this well-known classic again. Indulge in 3 courses around the traditional St. Martin´s goose, created by the passionate Landgut restaurant kitchen team and served in the rustic and elegant atmosphere of the Landgut restaurant. Savour incomparable taste Landgut style:


Crisp lamb`s lettuce with truffled potato dressing, scrumptious strips of bacon and croutons
or goose bouillon with winter vegetables and chestnut ravioli

Crisply roasted organic goose with mugwort jus, baked apple compote, spiced red cabbage and melted potato dumplings

Wild honey parfait with hazelnuts, cinnamon and marinated citrus fruits
