We all know the feeling - when you get home, unpack, and realise that you have left something behind in the hotel room, or in the hotel lobby while you were waiting for your transfer to the hotel. It is very inconvenient - which is why we have a dedicated service designed to help you reclaim your lost items.

Whether you have left a belt in your room, or some goggles by the pool, simply contact our lost and found service at personalassist.thepalm@kempinski.com, and we will do our very best to recover your items, almost completely taking the stress out of lost and found.
