This culinary journey features the striking Simit & Caviar, a dish celebrated for both its presentation and unique flavour, alongside the Crispy Minced Meat Börek, prepared with hand-rolled baklava pastry to achieve the perfect consistency of traditional "su böreği".
The experience continues with the Two-Cheese Pide, crafted from long-fermented dough and served with a slow-cooked organic egg. Guests can also savour the classic Mantı, reimagined with the signature Rüya touch, and the masterfully prepared "leaf-cut" Döner, a delicacy preserved through centuries-old techniques.
