Istanbul, 17 April 2026 – Çırağan Palace Kempinski, the iconic landmark of the Bosphorus, is reviving its highly anticipated Sunday brunch tradition at its newly opened restaurant, Rüya İstanbul.

Every Sunday, guests are invited to indulge in a meticulously curated experience featuring an extensive open buffet and a rich selection of gourmet flavours. This gastronomic journey is distinguished by signature dishes served directly from Rüya’s menu to the table, alongside live stations where chefs prepare specialities à la minute. The experience reaches its pinnacle in the restaurant’s glamorous, dedicated dessert room.

Set against the backdrop of live music, the vibrant atmosphere transforms the weekend into a sophisticated ritual, encouraging long, leisurely gatherings. With its unparalleled Bosphorus views, historic palace gardens and expansive terrace, brunch at Rüya is more than a meal – it is a true celebration of life.

At the heart of the brunch is a generous open buffet that brings together a wide yet thoughtfully curated selection. Regional cheeses, olives from across Türkiye, artisanal breads and house-made preserves are presented alongside warm specialities from the palace patisserie. Live Music Overlooking the Bosphorus

This Sunday ritual, shaped by a gourmet open buffet and Rüya İstanbul’s signature dishes, elevates the gastronomic experience within an elegant atmosphere, accompanied by live music and breathtaking Bosphorus views.

Sunday brunch is served from 12:30 to 16:00. The price is TRY 6,500 per person, including VAT and non-alcoholic beverages. A second package, which includes selected wines, beers and cocktails, is available at TRY 7,700 per person, including VAT. All guests are welcomed with a glass of local sparkling wine and a signature cocktail. Children aged 5 and under dine free of charge, while those aged between 6 and 11 receive a 50% reduction.
