RÜYA Istanbul: Opening Soon at the Iconic Çırağan Palace Kempinski

İstanbul, 27 October 2025 - Following its acclaimed presence in Dubai, Cannes, and Riyadh, Rüya Restaurant, renowned for honouring the rich culinary heritage of Anatolia with a contemporary twist, is now returning to its roots, opening in its home city, Istanbul. Rüya Istanbul is set to open its doors very soon, following more than a year of dedicated work which was led by Ralph Radtke, General Manager of Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul and Regional Director of Kempinski Residences Türkiye, together with Umut Özkanca, creator of the Rüya brand and Vice Chairman of the Board at Doğuş Hospitality, Tourism and Retail Group.

Brought to life through the investment of Çırağan Palace Kempinski, the only palace and hotel located on the Bosphorus with a history dating back to the 17th century, this distinctive project aims to introduce Rüya’s internationally acclaimed expertise and gastronomic excellence to Istanbul. Rüya Istanbul blends the Anatolian culture of sharing with the mesmerising view of the Bosphorus, offering a contemporary yet timeless sense of refinement.
