Set against the timeless beauty of the Bosphorus, Rüya presents a specially curated Valentine’s menu, designed to create an intimate and memorable evening, where candlelit elegance and Istanbul’s most romantic view create a truly magical dining experience.
Rüya Istanbul reimagines Anatolia’s rich gastronomic heritage with a contemporary approach. The Valentine’s Day menu is inspired by shared dining, layered flavours and a sense of togetherness. Crafted especially for the occasion, the menu invites guests to revel in a celebration of both love and culinary artistry, reflecting the restaurant’s soulful and refined dining philosophy.
The dinner begins with distinctive starters, including simit with caviar and salmon served with citrus notes, introducing the first flavours of the evening. Main courses feature slow-cooked beef ribs, prepared with care and depth, and sea bass complemented with pistachio, offering a balanced and refined pairing. The experience concludes with a romantic dessert of chocolate and forest fruits, composed of white chocolate, mixed berries, raspberry yogurt sorbet, and pomegranate gel for a sweet finale.
A curated DJ performance sets the tone for the evening, adding a subtle, romantic soundtrack to the dining experience.
