Kempinski Hotel Chengdu launched a function that allows guests to directly book rooms on the hotel’s official WeChat. Guests can now visit Kempinski Hotel Chengdu’s official WeChat account to view general hotel information and experience a convenient online booking and payment process.
From now on, guests who use the hotel’s official WeChat to book a room will experience up to 30% discount on the room. Furthermore, guests could also choose a room with one the following benefits: a free upgrade to the next higher room category, late check-out until 16:00 or a complimentary 0.5 L (16.9 oz) of home-brewed beer at Paulaner Bräuhaus.
In addition, Kempinski Hotel Chengdu upgraded its laundry bags in order to provide more privileged laundry services to guests. Guests staying at the hotel only need to pay RMB 288 per bag to enjoy this service and can put as much as possible in the bag. Meanwhile, the hotel offers a limousine service for airport transfers, which is typically RMB 450, but is currently only RMB 180. You also take transfers to Chengdu city and on sightseeing tours throughout Chengdu and Sichuan.
