Art Exhibition at Kempinski Hotel Beijing

In cooperation with Beijing Italy China Cooperation Culture Development Co, the Kempinski Hotel Beijing will hold an Art Exhibition in its public area, dedicated to further educate and appreciate the arts while strengthening our core values of blending local tradition with European excellence.

As the Kempinski flagship hotel in China, Kempinski Hotel Beijing has the honor to be the first one to launch this regional event in its premises. The exhibition will display the Olympic Portfolio, made of 27 top international artists from 10 countries. These art works were made specifically for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and they are the only ones authorized by the International Olympic Committee to use the Olympic Logo 2008. In addition to the Olympic Portfolio, Li LianPing oil paintings will be exhibited.

Located in the heart of Beijing’s central diplomatic and business district, Kempinski Hotel Beijing effortlessly blends timeless European style with elements of Beijing’s rich cultural history. “We are glad to have the honor to be the first one to launch this exhibition”, said Stephan Interthal, Managing Director of the Kempinski Hotel Beijing. “The exhibited portfolio is on top level of art creation and features a famous selection of international artists expressing their different art characters in our hotel.”

The grand opening of the exhibition will take place on the 16th of February and following that the paintings will be exhibited in the hotels public area for a period of one month.
