It tells the story of a legendary Kung Fu hero.
The show named The Legend of Kungfu which consists of six scenes, presents how a young boy goes through a lot of strict disciplines, resists some temptation, fights against human nature and then grows up to be a great Buddhist master of Chinese Kungfu. The show debuted at 2004, got a hit at 2008 Beijing Olympic and re-staged by acclaimed Broadway director Ray Roderick. It is presented by a group of marvelous kung fu practitioners from all over china and the fusion of modern dance with Chinese traditional martial arts makes this performance unique and spectacular. There is no speaking of the actors, just Kung fu show, dance and acrobatics but there are English subtitles shown above the stage to keep you informed of the story line.
