To ensure your private dining experience at Kempinski Seychelles Resort is everything you'd hoped it would be, we have answered some of our guests' most commonly asked questions.

How do I book a private dining experience?

To book a private dining experience at Kempinski Seychelles Resort, kindly email restaurants.seychelles@kempinski.com or call +248 438 6669. Prior to your dinner, you will have a consultation with a member of our events team, who will assist you in choosing the ideal menu and location for your dinner.

Where will my private dinner take place?

You can choose the location of your private dinner from one of our remarkable venues.

What happens if it rains?

In the event of rain or inclement weather, we always have a back-up venue in mind. During your private dining consultation, your planner will discuss our elegant indoor dining options with you.

How far in advance should I book my private dining experience?

Our private dinners are an exclusive service and we only offer one private dinner per evening. Therefore we recommend booking well in advance to secure your booking on your desired date. Private dinners must be confirmed a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

What if I have food allergies or special dietary requirements? Can I change a particular ingredient in my chosen menu?

We will happily share your special requests with our chef and will do our very best to accommodate them. Kindly note that alterations to the existing menus may affect the final price of your private dinner.

What if I don't drink alcohol?

Most of our menus offer options with and without alcoholic beverages. If you would prefer, your planner can arrange for any alcoholic beverages to be exchanged for a mocktail of similar value.

Is water included with my private dinner?

Kindly note that water, and any additional beverages not included in your chosen menu, will be charged separately.

What if I am already booked on Half Board? 

Our Half Board supplement is only applicable at our a la carte restaurants. As our private dinners are an enhanced and exclusive experience, they are charged separately from our Half Board packages.

Until when can I cancel my private dinner?

Private dinners can be cancelled at no cost before 9:00 on the morning of your reservation.
