Signature Dish - Sayadieh
This unique local dish consists of rice and fish, which, traditionally, are braised together, allowing the rice to acquire the rich tastes of the fish. Tahina sauce is served on the side, giving the meal a dash of spiciness, and Arabic bread, a staple of traditional Middle Eastern cuisine, is handed out.
