Enjoyed by all Ghanaian tribes, banku and tilapia is a perfect representation of Ghanaian culture; tasteful, colourful, delightful and identifiable. Banku is a Ghanaian dish which is cooked by a proportionate mixture of corn and cassava dough into a smooth, whitish consistent paste and served with soup, stew or a pepper sauce with fish.
Bursting with flavour and traditions our signature dish is adapted to the local market and prepared through the locally popular method of grilling the fish.
