Step into a world of warmth, tradition and generous hospitality as ALATi presents a seasonal celebration of Arabic cuisine. Known for its rich spices, layered textures and deep-rooted culture of sharing, Arabic cuisine reflects generations of culinary heritage from across the Middle East.
Begin with soul-warming soups such as Harira and Red Lentil, followed by a curated selection of mezze including Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, Falafel and Cheese Manakeesh. Mains feature generous and flavourful dishes such as Lamb Shank with Rice, Samkeh Harra and the Mixed Grilled Meat Platter designed for sharing. Complete the experience with traditional sweets like Umm Ali and Cold Rice Pudding.
