The gastronomic history of Japanese chef Seiji Kusano goes back more than 45 years. He is one of the first chefs to serve fresh Japanese fish in Russian restaurants.
Chef Seiji invites his guests to savour his dishes fully cooked from authentic Japanese ingredients, such as wild or farm yellow tuna (hamachi and kanpachi), Japanese dorado of the highest quality (tie) and sea urchin roe (uni). Even for sauces, Seiji uses only the finest ingredients delivered straight from Japan.
