Terms and conditions

• A minimum of three (3) days in advance booking is required.
• Offers are subject to availability at time of booking. Blackout dates and other terms may apply.
• Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or contract and do not apply to groups.
• Children aged five (5) years old and below may share existing bedding with adults on a complimentary basis. Extra bed requests can be accommodated in Grand Deluxe Rooms, Grand Family Room and Suites, and are chargeable at an additional SGD 50++ per night for children aged six (6) years old and above (subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing GST at the time of stay). A maximum of one rollaway bed per room.
• Advance reservations for dine-in are recommended, and bookings are subject to availability. Dining credits may not be used with set lunch and other promotional menus. All dining credits must be utilised during the stay period. Any unused balance will be forfeited and will not be reimbursed in cash. • Advance bookings are required at The Spa and are subject to availability. A minimum of 60 minutes of spa treatment is required to utilise the spa credits and entitle for an upgrade to 90-minute of spa treatment. All spa credits are not applicable to other sales promotions and must be utilised in a single transaction during the stay. Any unused balance will be forfeited and will not be reimbursed in cash.
