Please be advised that ÉS Bisztró will be closed for the period 5 January to 15 March 2026. 
We are committed to continuously enhancing our hotels products. Restaurant ÉS Bisztró will
undergo a full renovation, redesign and upgrade.

During this time, alternative dining arrangements are as follows: 
• Breakfast: Served at the gallery on the first floor, alternatively in Blue Fox The Bar and Nobu Restaurant. 
• Lunch and Dinner: Enjoy the a la carte menus at The Living Room and Blue Fox The Bar We thank you for your understanding and patience during this temporary closure. 

We are convinced that the redesigned ÉS Bisztró will meet or better exceed guest's expectations. We are looking forward to welcoming you at the "new" ÉS Bisztró mid March.
