The ÉS Bisztró buffet breakfast reimagines morning menus with a daily special energy shot created from the fusion of a fruit, a vegetable and a herb. The buffet offers plenty of items, including freshly cut fruits, homemade jams and chocolate, rooftop-grown herbs, freshly baked pastries served by our chef patissier, and dishes made from local ingredients.

ÉS Deli delights - takeaway, too

ÉS Deli on The Promenade brews the best beans specially sourced from Guatemala and Rwanda to make its own signature caffeine-fuelled, flavour-fierce coffee, with sumptuous pastries and sandwiches on the go. Also available are health-conscious, freshly squeezed fruit and veggie juices, and choices curated for vegetarians.
