Nestled within the resort’s lush gardens, Fay brings a fresh, relaxed take on Mediterranean dining to the Red Sea coast. Inspired by the convivial spirit of taverna traditions, the restaurant offers a welcoming space where guests can gather, slow down, and share simple, well-crafted dishes made with seasonal, quality ingredients.
Led by Executive Chef Anil Sharma, a seasoned Kempinski veteran with over 18 years of international experience, Fay is a culinary journey across the sun-drenched kitchens of Greece, Italy, and France. Chef Anil has helmed kitchens at landmark Kempinski properties in India, Qatar, and Ghana, and has worked alongside world-renowned chefs including Michael Mina and Wolfgang Puck.
“At Fay, our menu is a tribute to regional authenticity and seasonal quality,” says Chef Anil. “We’ve created a space where guests can unwind, share generous plates, and savour Mediterranean classics with a contemporary twist.”
The menu features a vibrant selection of starters and mains meant for sharing. Among the signature dishes and desserts are oven-baked Feta Psiti, Shrimps & Scallop Orzo, Bistecca alla Fiorentina, and Pistachio Baklava with Ice Cream.
Guests can dine indoors in an intimate, contemporary space or choose the fire-lit outdoor terrace with a view of the sea. With 80 indoor seats, including three private dining rooms, and 120 outdoor lounge-style seats, Fay is tailored for every occasion, from romantic evenings and family gatherings to elegant corporate dinners.
