1. Hotel Information: Kempinski Hotel & Resort Sariya

• Minimum Age Requirements: The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in independently.
• Check-In/ Check-Out Time: To ensure a seamless stay, please note our standard check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Children Policy: Children under 6 years old stay free when sharing their parents’ room. A maximum of one child under 12 years old is allowed per room. Breakfast is complimentary for children under 6 years old when taken from the breakfast buffet. Children aged 6 to 12 years old receive a 50% discount on the breakfast buffet. Guests aged 12 years old and above are considered adults.
• Smoking Policy: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly request that smoking is restricted to designated outdoor areas. For your convenience, we offer both non-smoking and smoking rooms. Please note that smoking in non-designated areas may result in a fine of SAR 200 as per MOH law, and additional fees may apply for any damage caused.
• Pet Policy: To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly request that pets not be brought onto the hotel premises. This policy helps maintain a clean, hygienic, and allergen-free environment.
