Each morning at Katzir begins with the aroma of freshly baked bread, setting the tone for a slow, generous start to the day. The dairy kosher breakfast buffet brings together a vibrant spread of fresh fish, seasonal dishes and a wide variety of options, including those suited to vegan preferences. An abundant pastry selection, baked daily by the hotel’s pastry chefs, is joined by indulgent touches such as caviar and a range of à la carte dishes, inviting guests to linger a little longer. This sumptuous spread was recently announced as one of The Best Hotel Breakfasts in the World, according to Condé Nast Traveler, ensuring a delightful start to your day. The breakfast is also available to external guests, subject to availability, at a price of 250 ILS.
In the evenings at Katzir, cooking follows the rhythm of the seasons. The kosher meat dinner menu evolves throughout the year, guided by what is growing, what is being caught, and what feels right in the moment. Named after the harvest, Katzir reflects a deep respect for ingredients at their peak. Seasonal vegetables, Mediterranean fish, and carefully sourced meats, alongside herbs and spices, come together in a menu that is both precise and expressive. Guests are invited to dine at Katzir, with seating available on the terrace (weather permitting), in one of Tel Aviv’s most sought-after seafront settings, with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean and sunsets that ease into the evening. Refined, seasonal cooking rooted in the best local ingredients, in a setting designed for sharing.
Join us every Friday evening for Shabbat dinner (meat kosher), from 18:30 to 21:30 (times may vary according to the onset of Shabbat). The evening brings together seasonal cooking and shared dining, marking the start of the weekend in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Shabbat continues on Saturday with lunch service, served from 13:30 to 15:30, offering a relaxed extension of the experience. (temporarily unavailable).
We look forward to welcoming you to Katzir for these moments of gathering, with thoughtful cooking, generous hospitality, and a sense of occasion.
