Fitness Centre

While away from home, changing schedules can make maintaining your fitness regimen a challenge. At The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore, we leave the fitness centre open 24 hours a day so you can get in your workout at any time convenient to you. Make use of the Technogym cardio equipment, like the treadmill and exercise bikes, weight machines and TRX suspension trainers to keep yourself physically and mentally fit while on the move. Dumbbells of various weights and gym balls are also available for any strength and balance training.

Personal Training

Get ready to maximise your fitness potential with our certified trainer for a one-to-one personal training session at your convenience. Training sessions include physical fitness exercise, aerobics instructions, cardiovascular training and other tailor-made sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Saltwater Relaxation Pool    

Enclosed within a wall of greenery and exclusive to guests staying at our hotel, the outdoor relaxation pool is the perfect quiet escape to unwind and relax. Enjoy the tranquillity of the pool while reaping the benefits of the saltwater feature, which is gentler on the eyes, hair, and skin.

For the ultimate respite, turn on the Jacuzzi to soothe away any muscle tension and improve your blood circulation.

Sunbeds with shade are also available by the pool for our guests to lounge or enjoy an afternoon tan.

To further enhance your wellness experience, please note that the outdoor saltwater relaxation pool will be closed from 1 to 22 September 2025. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding.
