The evening starts with an indulgent Mebachi Maguro with Oscietra Caviar, bursting with refreshing flavours from the mojito gel. The second course sees sweet Carabinero Prawn served on a bed of pearl couscous, preserved sausage crumbs and pancetta foam. For mains, choose between the Rainbow Trout with salmon roe and sea urchin emulsion and the Satsuma Wagyu Beef Strip Loin with fresh truffle. The dinner ends on a saccharine note with the Chocolate Cremeux served with lingon berry ice cream. Couples also receive a welcome drink, a mini bottle of Billecart Salmon Brut Champagne and a stalk of rose as part of the celebration.
