The Mid-Autumn 2026 collection showcases exquisite handcrafted mooncakes in three distinctively designed keepsake boxes, all meticulously crafted to be treasured long after the festive season.

Joining the baked repertoire for the 2026 season is the new Red Bean Pine Nuts with Orange Peel Mini Baked Mooncake. This creation balances smooth red bean paste with the delicate crunch of pine nuts, enlivened by the aromatic brightness of citrus zest — a profile that is both comforting and elegantly distinct.

Two new snowskin creations make their debut this season. The Chocolate Pistachio Crunch Mini Snowskin Mooncake marries rich, velvety chocolate with the satisfying crunch of pistachio — a combination both irresistible and decadent. Alongside it, the Strawberry Mochi Mini Snowskin Mooncake offers a whimsical note: a bright strawberry truffle centre is paired with chewy mochi and wrapped in delicate snowskin, creating a delightful interplay of textures.

No Mid-Autumn collection is complete without its all-time favourites. Returning this year are three beloved best sellers: the White Lotus Seed Paste with Egg Yolk Mini Baked Mooncake; the White Lotus Seed Paste with Mixed Nuts Mini Baked Mooncake; and the ever-popular Lava Custard Mini Baked Mooncake, whose molten centre has earned it a devoted following year after year.

The collection is further distinguished by the return of its most coveted signatures. The Mao Shan Wang Mini Snowskin Mooncake offers an indulgent encounter with pure, creamy durian flesh wrapped in soft snowskin, while the Champagne Truffle Mini Snowskin Mooncake continues to enchant with its sophisticated blend of spirit and sweetness — each a perennial favourite that remains an essential highlight of the season.
