This Father’s Day, celebrate the everyday heroes and look forward to an afternoon of family bonding time over a lavish Sunday Brunch at 15 Stamford Restaurant, featuring a delectable buffet line-up brimming with scrumptious dishes, a whisky tasting booth and to captivating live music performances.

The team of master chefs is pulling out all the stops to make the celebration a decadent one with the addition of grilled-to-perfection premium meat cuts, with the highlight being the Kidman Angus Beef Tomahawk. Served on a wagon trolley, guests will be treated to tableside-carving of this prized cut.

Other premium roasts, including the succulent Murray Valley Pork Rack, the juicy US Beef Rump Cap and the perfectly grilled Kidman Angus Beef Flank will also be served on buffet line-up for a complete carnivore experience. Don't miss the slow-cooked, fall-off-the-bone Hot Smoked Angus Brisket; and the mini Beef Sliders, packed with juicy patties and melted, gooey cheese.

Make a beeline for the fresh seafood on ice, including freshly shucked oysters and sashimi. The beautifully presented charcuterie and cheese section showcases an exquisite selection – from Jamón Ibérico De Bellota and Coppa Ham, to chef’s choice of French cheeses. Hot dishes not to be missed on the line-up include Roasted Peking Duck, Pasture-fed Lamb Leg, Honey Glazed Ham, as well as pasta made a la minute, with highlights being the capellini with orange lobster sauce.

Complete the celebratory feast with a decadent dessert from the special menu, featuring the rich Speculoos Coffee Cheesecake, the classic Kempinski Dark Rum Fruit Cake, or the luxurious Valrhona Chocolate Mousse. Make this special occasion a bubbly one with free-flow champagne and Aloha-themed cocktails.

The celebration is made more special for dads with a whisky-tasting booth at The Bar at 15 Stamford, where dads can enjoy a dram during the Sunday Brunch. There will also be live music entertainment to liven up the atmosphere for a celebration that is fun and lively!

Set Dinner at 15 Stamford

For a heartwarming dinner celebration, go for the set dinner at 15 Stamford. Treat dad to the curated set dinner, featuring signature dishes from the newly launched ‘Where the Land Meets the Sea’ menu. Indulge in the flavourful Bluefin Tuna Tartare, followed by the lush Pan-seared Foie Gras with banana textures and rum & raisins. Main choices include Black Angus Beef Tenderloin with Truffle Potato Mousseline or the Japanese Hirame with Blood Orange Fennel, Dill, Chanterelle, and Lemon Velouté. Four-course set dinner at $118++ per person, five-course set dinner at $138++ per person.
 

Delectable Sharing Platter at Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski

Over at Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski, Frieda Beer Garden & German Restaurant and La Scala Ristorante present a hearty sharing platter for the celebration. Get started on baked oysters and cauliflower soup, before moving on to the delicious meat platter featuring a delicious selection of Black Angus Beef Sirloin, BBQ Pork Rib, Confit Duck Leg. End the meal on a sweet note with a wild berry trifle. Minimum two to dine, S$68++ per person. Available from 10 to 16 June 2024.
