At the decadent brunch station, dads can indulge in various options, such as Hot Smoked Salmon, Tiger Prawns, Veal Sausage, Milk-Fed Veal Rack, Gammon Ham, XO Fried Rice and Seasonal Cheeses. Father's Day specials such as Roasted Goose, Chicken Skewers, Chili Mud Crab, and Baked Halibut are also included for a delightful brunch experience.

The brunch comes with free-flowing champagne courtesy of Telmont, an organic and environmentally friendly champagne with a singular and perfect balance between tension and freshness. Guests can also enjoy unlimited Tiki cocktails by The Bar at 15 Stamford, such as the refreshing Jungle Bird, made with BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro rum.

The Father's Day Brunch at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung is available on 18 June 2023 from 12pm to 3pm, with an early bird price of $158++ per person for reservations made from 29 May to 9 June 2023. The buffet comes with free-flow cocktails and Telmont Brut Reserve NV, Telmont Reserve Rose NV, Billecart Salmon Rose, and Billecart Salmon Blanc de Blancs, priced at $198++, $208++, $248++, and $268++ per person, respectively.

For platters fit for a king, dads can head over to Frieda Beer Garden & German Restaurant and La Scala Ristorante located at Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski. 

Make a reservation at Frieda Beer Garden & German Restaurant if dad is a meat and beer lover. At $88++, the Fleischplatte for Two comes loaded with Grilled Sirloin Steak, Seasonal Sausages and Baked Chicken, alongside Saffron Fries, Sauerkraut, Cold Cuts and Cheese & Pickles. The platter comes with two servings of Frieda Lager to wash down the hearty meal.

At La Scala Ristorante, guests can enjoy the taste of the ocean with their Fruitti Di Mare for Two ($88++) featuring fresh catches such as their Grilled Jumbo Prawns and Trout, Deep Fried Calamari and Mussels and Prawn Cocktail, served with a side of Herb Roasted Potatoes. The platter also includes two bottles of Peroni Beer to complement the seafood flavours.
