Singapore, 22 February 2024 – A Carnival Easter Brunch awaits at 15 Stamford at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore this April. Dedicated to creating memorable moments for their guests, the luxurious hotel presents a series of extravagant experiences for the entire family, from a fun-filled carnival-themed Easter Sunday Brunch at 15 Stamford, to a special afternoon tea over at the Lobby Lounge.

Three decadent Easter Sunday brunch options to choose from

15 Stamford’s Carnival Easter Sunday brunch elevates its popular ‘Tropical Sunday Brunch’ with vibrant live entertainment, whimsical cocktails, extravagant dishes, and a series of egg-citing activities for the little ones.

Easter brunch is a time to come together, and 15 Stamford provides the perfect occasion, with decadent brunch stations featuring modern Asian classics, grilled meats, and fresh seafood. Sumptuous highlights include fresh seafood on ice, seasonal freshly shucked oysters, and an indulgent foie gras live station, alongside premium grilled items from the live carving station, featuring Wagyu Beef Flank, Roasted Duck, Pasture-fed Lamb Leg, and Honey Glazed Ham. Easter specials such as Deviled Eggs, Scotch Eggs, Suckling Pig and Easter Chocolate Tart also grace the spread.

Little ones will be kept occupied with a host of kids’ activities including an exciting Easter egg hunt, with exciting prizes await. There will also be a roving magic show and balloon sculpting to make it a fun-filled afternoon. Popcorns and a lemonade station make the Easter brunch experience a whimsical carnival, allowing both kids and adults to look forward to a jolly celebration.

The brunch comes with free-flowing Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve NV champagne, or an elevated choice of Rose Reserve. Guests can also enjoy unlimited cocktails by The Bar at 15 Stamford, such as the refreshing Jungle Bird made with BACARDÍ Anejo Cuatro rum, or classics such as a refreshing Aperol Spritz and Old Fashioned.

The Carnival Easter Sunday Brunch at 15 Stamford is priced at S$158++ per adult and S$79++ per child (aged between 6 and 12). Guests can enjoy free-flow Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve NV, wines, cocktails and beer at an additional S$40++; or free-flow Charles Heidsieck Rose Reserve, wines, cocktails and beer at an additional S$90++ per person, respectively. Easter Afternoon Tea at Lobby Lounge

Lobby Lounge at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore will serve a special Easter Afternoon Tea menu featuring delicious seasonal fare. Spend time with loved ones over scrummy tea-time bites, such as Easter Egg Sandwich with Vanilla Chantilly, Korean Strawberry and Lemon Balm, Truffle Mousse with asparagus and olive caviar and Apricot Glazed Ham with hazelnuts and snow pea sprout.

Deviled Eggs with braised lentil, carrot puree, Jamón Ibérico and herb oil provides a modern interpretation of this classic favourite. Other themed delights include savoury Spring Onion Scones and the Leek & Spinach Quiche.

The Green Apple Sorbet with sparkling wine serves as a delightful palate cleanser before the sweet treats. Delicious and visually pleasing, the Egg & Toffee Banana Cake, Bunny Chocolate Financier and Easter Bunny Cupcake please both the eyes and the palate.

The Easter Afternoon Tea is priced at $62++ per person with tea pairing and an additional $42++ for free-flow sparkling wine. Available from 25 to 31 March 2024, with two seatings available from 12:30 to 14:30 and 15:00 to 17:00.
