Curated Festive Set Menus

Rejoice this festive season with an epicurean journey celebrating the finest treasures of land and sea. From 1 to 31 December 2025 (exclusions apply on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve), 15 Stamford Restaurant presents refined three-course set lunches (SGD 58++) and three- (SGD 78++) or four-course (SGD 98++) dinners.

The lunch menu opens with exquisite appetisers such as Tiger Prawns served atop Belgian endives with candy beetroots, macadamia cream and a touch of calamansi, or a refreshing Heirloom Tomato Salad with macerated peach. For the main course, choose between Greenland Halibut with tamarind curry, Turkey Roulade or the vegetarian Roasted Maitake.

For dinner, savour the joy of togetherness with a sumptuous meal. Begin with Kingfish Crudo or Chestnut Mille-feuille paired with bacon coffee jam, sherry vinegar and aged Parmesan Foam. Continue with Foie Gras accompanied by burnt peppers and Muscat raisins, followed by a choice of John Dory with celery root, garlic sprouts, kaffir Lime and XO Butter, Turkey and Duck with sunchokes and Savoy Cabbage, or Bangalow Pork Belly with mulled wine glaze. Conclude your meal with either a warm Orange Ginger Trifle with candied ginger or a decadent Salted Caramel Semifreddo.

Plush Christmas and New Year’s Buffets

Gather family and friends for a lavish buffet dinner on Christmas Eve (SGD 168++ per adult, SGD 48++ per child) and buffet brunch on Christmas Day (SGD 138++ per adult, SGD 48++ per child), featuring over 20 stations brimming with festive favourites, fresh seafood, roasts, dessert and more.

On Christmas Eve, indulge in a lavish seafood selection including Freshly Shucked Oysters and Boston Lobster, then savour a parade of succulent roasts at the carving station – from Angus Beef Wellington, Whisky Aged Striploin and Roasted Whole Turkey to Maple Sherry Glazed Gammon Ham, Pasture Lamb Leg and Salt Baked Ocean Trout. Highlights include the pass-around Waffles and Fried Chicken and Pan-Seared Foie Gras with dark chocolate and chilli. The dessert spread delights with classics such as log cake, panettone and stollen.

End the year on a delicious note with a lush New Year’s Eve buffet dinner (SGD 188++ per adult, SGD 58++ per child), with live band performance to set the mood and lucky draw prizes to be won. Begin with a Seafood on Ice Counter featuring premium oysters and Alaskan King Crab, followed by Kingfish Crudo Station with sea urchin and caviar with lemon blinis and sour cream. Enjoy an impressive selection of mains such as Grilled Tomahawk, Chimichurri Baked Ocean Trout and Chilli Jumbo Lump Crab. Pass-around treats like Beef-battered Cod and Pan-Seared Foie Gras add an extra festive flair.

The lavish New Year’s Day brunch (SGD 178++ per adult, SGD 48++ per child), sets the tone for 2026, with the showcase of a delectable buffet spread brimming with premium seafood on ice alongside an upgraded Som Tam live station bringing Hokkaido scallops and king salmon dressed in a tangy lemongrass and Thai chilli dressing and tossed with crunchy green mango salad. Mains come in a hearty selection of Kombu Baked Ocean Trout, Herb Crusted OP Ribeye and Argentinian Spice-rubbed Angus Striploin. Mini pulled beef and foie gras sliders and poached egg with sea urchin foam, served with garlic soldiers will be passed around for to make the first day of 2026 even more extravagant.

Free-flow options for buffets are available for an additional SGD 58++ (prosecco and wines) and SGD 78++ (champagne and wine) per person.

The semi-alfresco venue welcomes guests with festive menus served in a relaxed tropical ambience. From 15 to 31 December 2025 (excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve), guests may enjoy three-course set lunches (SGD 38++) and dinners (SGD 58++).

The set lunch features comforting classics such as Butternut Squash Veloute and Blue Cheese Tartine, followed by mains including Fjord Trout with Seafood Fricassee, Duck Hachis with Duchess Potato or Braised Angus Beef Cheek with Polenta Fritter.

The dinner menu showcases warm festive flavours, with highlights such as Chestnut and Carrot Veloute, Turkey Breast with Roasted Potatoes and Macerated Apples, and Apricot Ivory – a delicate combination of white chocolate mousse, apricot compote, dacquoise and feuilletine.

Celebrate the season with a festive semi-buffet, featuring a delectable soup and salad selection, cold cuts and cheeses and a dessert table filled with festive favourites, including sour cream raisin cranberry cake, mince pie, log cake, and panettone. Choose a main from the à la carte menu, such as Chilean Seabass, Turkey Breast or Wagyu Beef Tenderloin.

Midnight at the Capitol Theatre

Celebrate the arrival of 2026 with glamour and grandeur at the iconic Capitol Theatre. Step onto the red carpet and enjoy free-flow champagne from 20:30 to 22:00, followed by a dazzling evening of entertainment featuring mesmerising dancers, mind-blowing magicians and electrifying DJs.
