Terms and conditions

• A minimum stay of four (4) consecutive nights is required.
• Rates are per room, per night and based on availability at the time of reservation. Tax is additional and subject to a 10% service charge and 9% prevailing GST, and not included in the advertised rate.
• This offer does not apply to groups of 10 or more rooms. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, certificates, or special rates unless otherwise stated.
• *For laundry items sent before 10:00, delivery will be made on the same day after 19:00. For items sent after 10:00, delivery will be made on the next day after 12:00.
• Advance bookings are required at The Spa and are subject to availability. A minimum of 60 minutes of spa treatment is required to utilise the spa credits. All spa credits are not applicable to other sales promotions and must be utilised in a single transaction during the stay. Any unused balance will be forfeited and will not be reimbursed in cash.
• Advance reservations for dine-in are recommended, and bookings are subject to availability. Dining credits may not be used with set lunch and other promotional menus. • Children aged 12 years old and below may share existing bedding with adults on a complimentary basis. Extra bed requests can be accommodated in Grand Deluxe Rooms, Family Rooms, Executive Suites, Capitol Suites and Stamford Suites and are chargeable at an additional SGD 50++ per night for children aged six (6) years old and above (subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing GST at the time of stay). Each room or suite allows one rollaway bed for an additional fee, while the Heritage Suite accommodates up to two extra beds at no additional charge, upon request and subject to availability.
